This project was an overhaul of a 1941 English style cottage home. Originally 2400 sq ft with a 2 car garage on 1.5 acres. An addition was designed to keep the original character of the home in tack while adding over 2000 square feet of living space. The added spaces include a 3 car garage, a new open concept kitchen, family room & dining room on the first floor including an expansive deck, finally connecting the house to the garage through a new mudroom, a large master bathroom & en-suite bathroom, as well as a entire new full bath en-suite for one of the guest bedrooms & an extended walk out basement. This home went from a 4 bedroom 2.75 bath to a 4 bedroom 4 bath home, and is now over 4000 square feet.
