Interior Designers tend to get a back wrap, and I, along with many amazing designers are trying to change that.
As an interior designer at my core I can find inspiration in pretty much anything around me. I truly believe that the majority of people deep down know what they want their spaces to be, but commonly can immediately feel overwhelmed by all the choices out there & aren't even sure where to even begin.
That is where I come in! I can help to remove all the noise
& provide focus to the design for your space.
My background has provided me with an array of experiences so that I am able to offer you the best the design world has to offer. I will provide all my knowledge of the design world to help you find your personal design style as well as decipher what you need for your space.
One of my most important goals is that I will not force my personal design style on anyone. What I focus on is to help you to define what your design style is & execute it in your space based on your needs & wants.

A little about me,
Hello, I am Jen Neino. I started Compass Rose Designs back in 2020 so that I can help clients to find their design style as well as pass on my design knowledge to help someone enjoy their space for a long time to come.
I have almost 20 years of design experience.
I hold a Masters Degree from Lawrence Tech University
& a Bachelors Degree from Eastern Michigan University.
I was born & raised here in Michigan.
My husband Greg & I have been married for 15 years
& we have a daughter named Scotlyn & a sweet dog named Bella.
We currently call Bloomfield Hills home, where we are blessed
to live in our forever home, which happens to be a 1941 English cottage style home on an acre & a half.
Some of my other passions are traveling, taking tons of photos, reading, playing volleyball & spend time with my family & friends.
I have known I wanted to be a designer since I found out what a designer was. Bringing someone's vision to life for their space is one of my greatest joys in life.
